I think the only place you can get a budget y-pipe is from Budget Exhaust in Burlington Ontario, Canada
Is that what you meant?

Try the 1-800 #. Jody takes orders over the phone but stops at about 2 or 2:30 PM ET. Give her your credit card number over the phone. She will then ask you to confirm your order by e-mail, but don't provide the credit car # in the e-mail, just refer to it. She will then confirm your order by e-mail. I had a brief wait last month for my Y-pipe as they were awaiting some stainless steel. But after a few days, I received a tracking number and UPS delivered it to my door about 5 days later and I live 3,000 miles away. Quite pleased so far. The Y-pipe is about 10 pounds or more lighter than stock as there is no pre-cat.
