body parts- CAPA vs. OEM, and a Dallas body/paint shop?
Hey all, greetings from a long-time reader. I appreciate all the help I've gotten here in the past year or so.
I was in an accident a number of years ago and put a nice bang in the passenger-side fender and bumper. A bra has covered it up fairly well, but now that the bra needs replacement and I've got the inclination to make the repairs, I'm shopping for the fender and bumper cover. May or may not install myself, and then get it painted. I'm looking at OEM and CAPA aftermarket. Looks like I can get the CAPA parts about $75-100 cheaper for both- anyone have experience here and can tell me if the CAPA parts would be just as good (fit and otherwise) as OEM?
Also, I live in the Dallas area- any suggestions on a good but inexpensive paint shop and possibly body shop?
Thanks!
