Difference in harneses for rear window switch 97GXE & 98SE

Today I was removing all of the trim pieces with after marker wood trim on them from my 98 SE, and swapping everying into my buddies 97 GXE. Everything was going fine, the front once fit with no problem. When I got to the rear do, I poped open the piece for the window roll down on his car, and tried to plug in the harnes into my piece. When all of the sudden I knowtieced that his harnes was a little bit different from mine, WTF is said.
