B&M short shifter install? HOW HARD? TIME?
i plan on buyin a B&M short shifter within the next week and i was wondering how hard is it to install it? would i need to take off my ypipe to get to the shifter? how much time and tools needed?

The Installation is really easy. You will have to do most of it from under the car. and remove the heatshield. I had a bit of tourble unboltoing the bolts so I remove my cat and it made my day so much easier

I did mine last week while the forums were down. I was unable to remove my cat due to the condition of the bolts, and had to do the work on my street (which is fairly busy) with my car merely on ramps in the front.
So, my experience, was somewhat frustrating; so it took about 3 hours with a lot of swearing. But given the right enviornment and a bit more clearance it could have easily taken just over an hour.
