hardest part of changing out automatic tranny

i was just wondering what you guys thought would be, or is the hardest part of changing out an automatic transmission. My transmission has been slipping and is just getting worse, mostly between 3-2 downshifting and the seal is leaking also. I had saw these trannys on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33727 and was thinking about changing mine out, or if all else fails having someone do it before school starts next month so i don't have to worry about it completely going out on me. what kind of special tools would i all need to accomplish this task? Is it out of the question for me to fix it with some help?
