well, i looked on ecu site & it said something about egr, so i went to double check it , went to autozone & they scanned the comp & told me it was bank 2 ing coil, so i go home & pull out the coil & there was a a burn spot on it, went to parts store & picked up a new ing coil, my 6th cyl was back, what a difference

ohm out all your coils. they probably are all bad, and need replacing.

You are a bit confused on the subject so I'll explain. There are two types of codes here. The codes that the ECM will flash on the MIL and the codes that an ODBII scan tool will pull. The later are called "P" codes and are industry wide OBDII codes. The code the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) will flash is specific to Nissan.

0302 = EGR System Hi/Low Flow (Nissan Internal Code)
P0302 = Cylinder 2 Misfire with the '02' portion of the code indicating the cylinder (OBDII P Code)

So in this instance if he would have pulled the codes through the MIL he would have got the Nissan specific code of 0607 indicating Cylinder 2 Misfire.
