'95 rear end to '97-'

i have a '95 maxima gle, so i have the ugly tail lights. the red on the bottom. i want to convert the rear end of my max into a '97-'99 maxima and then get the red/clear lights. is a trunk lid all i need? and obviously the lights... and how much would everything cost not including the paint job? also, how easy is it to do and are there any risks involved? (ex: trunk not opening... etc)
thanks

my trunk cost 140 with the inner tails incl. installation is simple. 20 mins 4 me. all it is is 4 bolts if i remember correctly. i ran into a prolem when the new trunk was installed it would close but wouldnt lock shut. i then went back to the yard and baught the bottom latch and everything closed and locked normaly.

cost for trunk mine was 140 (you can find these anywhere from 100 bucks to 300 hundred. i even saw someone on the org selling 1 with spoiler for like 500 something.)

bottom latch (in case u need it) 10 bux
red clears- i seen ranging from 60 bux used to close 150 new

Once you have the 97-99 tails you can make RC's yourself.

Hey Magikone69, what did you pay for painting?

im actually ridin kinda ghetto right now. my car is black emerald (dark forest green). when i saw the trunk, i thought it was black since it was in the shade but once i took it off i noticed it was that dark green which comes on the 97+. originaly i said if the trunk was black id wait and get it painted before i put it on but sice the color was soooooooo close i decided to just put it on. the color match is so close, you cant really tell the difference till you walk up to it even then its kinda hard depending on the angle you look. at night you cant tell at all. for now im going to wait on the paint cause im still deciding i want to repaint my original color or get a darker green like my new tunk. besides i want to get a 97 front bumper and the stillen kit so it would be cheaper to just wait a few more months.
i got a quote for my trunk to be painted, it was 240 bux for clean, prep, paint.
