Can anyone here walk me through the installation of a Stillen supercharger on a 96 max? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

Talk to Emax95. He just put one on his 5spd I30.

 

You can see V1{old version of the SC} SC instruction on www.maximadriver.com .
Heres a run down of the install. You have to drain all of your fluids except tranny fluid, disconect your whole air box system and all, connect a auxilary oil line from your oil resovoir to the SC, move your fuse box, relocate your anti freeze resovoir, take your belt off, put 2 new pullys on and connect a oil drain line, reposision your alternator, offer up the super Charger on the side of your engine, install a auxilary fuel pump and re-do all of your fuel lines, shave part of your fan brace, install the air flow pipe to the SC,connect your BOV, re-do all of your vacume lines, install the air filter to the SC and put the new belt on.

That is just a basic rundown, there is 45 steps in all. The install took me about 40 hours to do by my self in my driveway during a blizzard. If I was to do the install again I think it would take me about 20 hours. It is by no means a easy install and very few people have done it. Good Luck
