Could be done. I would try something like going to the junkyard and taking the rear seat tracks of the car that has fold down seats and try to work it in your car. Good Luck

Why do you want fold down seats? Most cars with them have an opening to the trunk; all you're gonna get is a view of the sheet metal sparsely covered with padding/insulation/noise dampening materials

I mean sure... cool they fold down; but why

The seats are too thick.....even if they folded down, there wouldnt be a lot more room.

It cant be done unless you cut the seat into pieces. I know some folding rear seats are 4 parts. The stock seats will not fold, so someone made them pop up a bit to slide long items under it. I think it was ptatohead.

a while ago I saw somebody had made their backrest flip upward. you cna take that piece of sheet metal between the seat and the trunk out so it would be a useful mod. I think the best option for having the seat fold down would be to have the bottom part flip forward and then the back fold down. if I ever get the time and the money to engineer something up I will but until then the wheels will have to come off my bike to fit in the trunk.
