Question about replacing Engine

I have a 96 Maxima SE. The engine I have now is obviously the VQ30DE. It has 135000 mi on it. I wanted to put in a VQ35DE just so my car would be a crazy sleeper. No one would expect my 96 to put out 270HP. Well anyway I know the engine swap should be easy since the blocks are exactly the same. How hard would it be to change the rest of the internals: ECU, and Transmission especially. Also how much would it cost in labor to change transmissions? Any suggestions would be awesome.

What are you talking about? its a direct swap... took me about 6 hours to drop it in, I even installed a dual exhaust from a 6th Gen while I was at it.
