Replacement pistons for rear calipers?

Hi there...can new replacement pistons be found for rear calipers?, instead of purchasing the whole caliper?
I have a torn boot on one caliper and the area of the piston extended out past the seal is corroded, the bore looks okay.

Replacing the caliper is probably easier.
