Illumination keeps going out !

i already replaced rear defogger switch (led is not replacable). now it's my auto climate control unit, the "fan speed" and "mode" buttons are not lit. i assume they are supposed to be lighted. how do i fix this?

thanks.

i don't know. but i suppose if i noticed, then they did work before. and it can't be the fuse, it's only 2 leds. the fuse is probably for the whole ilumination in the car.

I got the climate controls going out after I tried the 'Bright clock illumination all the time' mod. I wasn't smart and didn't unhook the negative on the battery before touching anything electrical and I blew out my whole auto climate control. If you did any electrical work without disconnecting the neg on ur battery, maybe you could've blown your bulbs.

Soon, when I have time, I'm going to replace them with LED's. I've read only one person did this on their auto climate and he lives overseas. When I do do this, I'll let everyone know. In the meantime, use your map light

new head unit was installed. but i doubt that the guy at shop did something wrong. and it's only 2-3 leds that went out, not the whole climate control unit.

The dude @ the shop probably ****ed something up, pinched a wire or something. Maybe a fuse or a faulty wire if not.
