rear brakes help!!! quick question

can somebody please give me a quick run down or link of how to change my rear rotors and pads. i actually have this info saved on my computer somewhere but i cant find it. tried the how to's but the associated link is not working. since i havent read how to do it in so long i cant remember all of the steps. all of the help is much appreciated, sorry bout the trouble.

Take off the wheel, behind the caliper you'll see two 17mm or 19mm bolts that hold the calipers in place on the bracket. You take those off and that's it. To compress the piston get one of the them caliper tools.
