need help with indiglo gauges

ok so i got some reverse glow gauges on ebay and i am putting them in... the instructions say to remove the original screws from the gauge faces then slide on the new faces and put the screws back in.... there are no holes in the gauges to put the screws back in tho

do i just leave them out if i do they are not secure

well i cut my stock ones off, and slid in the new ones over the needles, and then put some of that 3m emblem adhesive behind.

or you can just make your own holes and keep it clean just incase you dont want them anymore.

and make sure the tape will work for a long time and that the new gauge faces are FLAT, otherwise they come up and hit the needle, making the whole gauge worthless because you don't have a working needle.
