springs with stock struts

h&r, maxspeed, eibach, I was wondering which have the best ride quailty and also i was wondering how much they lower they car(eibach says 1.5 and 1.7) but im unsure of how much the others lower the car. I want it low but i don't want the ride quality bad. I do plan on upgrading the struts as soon as the others wear out

From what ive heard, H&R's have the best ride quality with a decent drop.
Eibachs are firm, and the drop is somewhat like the H&R. Not too extreme but a bit lower then stock.
If you want to keep a nice ride, your not going to want to go too low. The lower you go the stiffer, harsher the ride.
Depending on the condition of your struts, you should be ok with a spring that doesnt drop you dramaticly. Many have been on such springs as H&R's for a year or too and have had no issues.

Keep in mind that the stock shocks will not be able to handle the Eibachs for very long. Mine only lasted for a month.

Here's what the drop looks like with Eibachs:

I would go with the H&R's. They are the most comfortable riding spring, from what I hear. The Eibach's are some of the stiffest springs, for lowering only that much.
They all lower pretty much the same.
The Maxspeeds are going to be the cheapest. Both of the H&R and Eibach's are expensive.....but they are higher quality springs.

i ran stock struts with h&r springs for about 7 or 8 months with no trouble i just swapped to kyb's because i had extra cash. Its really just a gamble they could last a long time they could last under a month with stock struts..my advise to you is if you have money do it right the first time so you wont have to worry about a headache of redoing it later.

good luck

If you go to Cattman.com you can get KYB dustboots for $68 plus shipping. Some people have said their KYB boots didn't last as long as they should, but many others have had them for a long time and had no issues. Just thought I'd give you the story with them so you can make your own decision. They are cheaper than the OEM ones (big surprise). When I called the dealer I was quoted $120 for all four.

NOTE: KYB doesn't specifically list these strutboots for the maxima, but hundreds of people have been using these model numbers so they definitely fit with the GR2 and GRX struts. Also, you will not have to cut these like you do the stock boots/bumpstops if you lower your car. Hope that helps.

UPDATE: There is a group deal from Cattman on struts, springs, and the KYB Dustboots. Dust boots are only $58 plus shipping right now. His prices are a little less than the other group deal BUT if you factor in shipping they seem to be around the same (the other GD includes shipping).
