Can any one Help with Check engine light

P075 is not a valid code based on the info in my haynes manuel.
P175 ='s Fuel injection system rich (left bank)
This could be several things,
Bad Injector(s)
Fouled Spark Plugs
02 sensor problem.
I recommend contacting Kevlo911 before you spend any money for repairs & see what his opinion is. He is a wizard when it comes to trouble shooting so send him a PM.
Also if you read the 4th gen sticky's (trouble codes) there are instructions posted there on how to reset your CEL.
