i think it looks good, just do a little more red here and there. i like how you put your tv ( i just got an 7 inch audiobaun and mater of fact, i put it in the same place, its like it was made for it) by the way, did you have a hard time getting the tv to sit nicely flush?

its the microvison tv i bought here. everybody here i see that has them isnt centered in there cuz they have the remote control IR showing. i just re routed it to opening next to the dimmer switch. but anyway it fits flush, and had to get some zip ties in there also.

hey, matter of fact mine is the way your describing, its a little bit more to the left cause of the romote control IR. ( is that what you call it, yea, the thing you need to get the signal) are you saying you removed it from the tv and replaced it? please tell me more.

on the inside of the tv there were 2 screws holding in the IR Unit, i unscrewed it, and desoldered the conections and made a new connection that was 2 ft long so it would reach up in the spot next to the dimmer switch. drilled a hole and positioned it so the remote can still function.

Looks great! Tell me how did you affix the center armrest leather to the base. I got a cover a few weeks ago, have not fully install it yet but I am finding that mine has a slightly looser fit than yours, could be that I have not secure the bottom ends. how did you do this? Also did you use any adhesive below the cover?
Thanks

to get the armrest cover to fit, i first tired to remove the stock one, there was some adhesive on it but i carefull removed the leather from the underlying fabric. then i test fitted it with my aftermarker leather, and it was loose. so that was a failure. so i put the stock one back on and put my aftermarker one over the stock leather, and it worked like a charm. all you have to do is pull up the original leather to the point where it folds under the cover. and match it up with the aftermarket one if that makes sense. then you'll need to do some stretching so you can get a snug fit, and then put the excess leather under the box and put the 4 screws back in.
