Heated seats dont work, help please!!!!

Just like the title says, seats dont heat up in my 99 Max. The lights come on, the fuse is good, any idea what could be going on here? Just bought the car 3 weeks ago, and they worked when I checked them on the test drive. The cold weather isnt to far off, I would like to get them fixed asap, help me out with any ideas please.

Thanks for the responses guys, and no the heat doesnt work on either seat. Guess Ill go out and check under the seat and see if I can find anything wrong. We have a Blazer with leather but not heated leather, so I can deal without the heated seats, but this just ****es me off they worked 3 weeks ago and now nothing.

I don't think it's your water pump cause I had the same problem 2 years ago and it was my thermostat. I replaced it and it's been fine ever since (knock on wood).

I was thinking that too, but I replaced that and there was a lot of antifreeze coming from the upper and lower oilpan and seeping out of the timing chain cover too so I think it may be the water pump...oh well I gotta change the timing chain might as well change EVERYTHING in under the cover since it takes FOREVER to get to it (why couldn't they just put the water pump in the belt system??? *cries*
