Leather or cloth?

Leather or cloth?

Need suggestions. Thinking about going black leather interior..they look pretty nice but want suggestions from both sides.

I really like the way leather looks, but I think I like cloth better.
I have black leather....here are my reasons:
It is really hot in the summer. I mean, if I don't put a thing up on the windshield to block the sun, I can almost not sit down.

You have to constantly condition it....that is, if you want the leather to stay nice looking.

It is terribly cold in the winter. I know that may not seem like a horrible thing, but you will think differently after you sit down and freeze your butt a couple of times.

You just have to be careful not to rip it or anything.
