hey guys i just got a 96 maxima SE. I just got a CAI installed and now everytime i rev up a little high then go into nuetral, my rev goes either really below idle, or sometimes down to zero, and my car just stalls. Then i gotta pop the clutch to get the car going again. Anyone know what may be causing this?


Also, i wanna get a new exhaust. Anyone know what size inlet muffler i need?

 

did you connect all the hoses?

 

Yea a vacuum hose may not be connected. Or maybe the MAF isnt put in properly.

 

Inlet size is 2.25"

Check your fuel filter...and make sure you MAF sensor is plugged in. Mine was cuttin off on me everytime I pressed the gas....swapped out the fuel filter and booom.
