Only 1 fan speed working

I only have 1 fan speed (4) working on my 95 SE for the climate control. When I turn the **** to the 1st 3 speeds nothing happens. It will only come on in the highest speed #4.

Any common causes??

Resistor pack is shot - easy fix. See the FAQ sticky for more info.

Thnx!!! I chose the resoldering board traces route. Worked perfectly!!!
