1107 CEL code

Is the 1107 cel code the torque converter? would it need to be replaced?

Thanks.

1107 is a A/T TCC solenoid valve fault. That's what the haynes manual says. I have no idea if you need to drop the transmission to fix this problem.
First thing I would do is make sure my fluid level is normal and no leaks anywhere.
If that doesn't help, I would find a good mechanic.
