Hookup points for engine hoist

Hello all,

Does anybody knows where to attach the engine hoist hooks to our engine? I can't find any hooks or anything sturdy enough to lift the engine from.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

one side - tranny bolt holes w/ tranny bolt going through chain

other side - engine mount bolts.

Thank you very much for your reply. I managed to drop the engine from the car. I am no mechanic but never try to remove the engine from a Maxima while trying to keep the tranny in the car... unless of course you plan on cutting a hole in the car. I was trying to do a "simple" engine replacement, it turn out to be a little more involved than I thought.... I hope I can remember where every bolt and nut are suppose to go!

Thanks again.

pm me or post if you need any help - there's a handful of members that have done it.
