Yes, obviously. However it's not the stage1 just a stock replacement.

so is this the one that slips and doesn't last?

no slipping and seems to be lasting pretty good, already have 12k on mine and i have no problems at all.

How come in the ebay pic with the box the disc shows 4 springs but in the close up of the disc they show 6 springs????

I just replaced my stage 1 with the OEm replacement and its a good clutch. My thowout bearing broke and screwed everything up, and I was in a pinch to get something cheap and quickly. It just got put on Thursday, and so far so good, but it's defiantely NOT the stage one. I'm gonna miss that clutch.....
