quick help please

Where can I find the fuse for the door lights, meaning when I open my doors the lights on the bottem cornor are suppose to go on, where is that fuse? I have a feeling its the CIG. Lighter fuse. And my last question is, does this effect cruise control? I have a 95 maxima 5 speed, when I put the button on from the dash, I press aces set or something and its suppose to go on, but its doesnt so can anyone help me 0ut with that. Thanks I need to know about the fuse thing ASAP.
