Is there a way to dissable the factory alarm or security system. I think it is interferring with my aftermarket alarm system. Thank you.

Did you install your After market alarm, or did you have a shop do it?

A friend of mine did it, but he works for a stereo shop. My alarm was working fine until I started messing with the stock keyless entry. Now it won't lock my doors. It will unlock them when its armed, but when I arm the car it doesn't lock them. My buddy checked everything on the aftermarket alarm side and it is sending the correct pulses, so I am not sure what is the problem.
