what is causing max to smoke like this?

here recently my car has started smoking every now and then. It is real weird only after I hit the brakes and when I'm backing up. It will smoke like you poured seafoam in it for about twenty seconds and if I let it idle it will stop after that, and even if I give it hell it doesn't smoke then. any ideas on what exactly is happening?

It is blue coming from the exhuast, I'm pretty sure that's oil so I don't know if their is a bad seal or something, if it were the rings i would thinkt that it would smoke all the time.

Your burning oil, the only reason you see it when you stop or back up is because the exhaust is accumulating in your muffler system and is being let out.

Ever stop at a light and when it turns green the car in front spews out smoke and after a second or 2 it stops... thats the reason why.

I would start with checking your spark plugs to see if they have any oil residue on them, if they do its the valve seals, if not it could be bad piston rings or valves...
