H4 Conversion problem with Cefiros

i'm having a slight problem with my H4 lights. The low beams are VERY low, I can see just as good with my Fogs on. The high beams are very bright tho. We played with the wires and they are all OK, checked with meter and all that.
The high beam light in the cluster is dim when the lows are on, and the low beams are drawing a huge load from somewhere. When I turn them on the guage cluster dims alittle, kinda like when you put your windows up.
Also, when going from high to low, the light takes about 2 seconds to 'power down' They are very slow returning to low. you can see it on the road.
Anyone have this problem? I've tryed 2 differnet set of bulbs, same result. All wiring is crimped, but not soldered yet. I'm not a dumbass when it comes to electical stuff, but this has me stumped, and i've never heard of this being a problem.

-Thanks, Chris

Sorry, Halogens....was running Sylvainia Xtra visions, then switched to cheap ichibahn's, which helped alittle, but still the same lows. Battery is only about a year or so old. Everything else is fine, and a week ago they were fine with the 9004's????

Thanks Man, nice to meet you also. We need more PA meets

if it helps, i switched from a generic battery to an optima battery, and i no longer get dimming whatsoever. Im not sure if thats the cause of your problem though.

Why not HIDS?

HID's are in the works. I only got them in friday night...so they are not even completely mounted yet. My battery is generic, so an optima is on the way also.....to much to buy
