has anyone done both of them? so both bumper lights are always on and they'd alternate blinking? i might just do the first one and call it a day, but am looking to have them stand out from all the plainly modded maxes around. not sure if it would look decent or be too many lights on.

anyone, anyone?

hehehehe...bring back memories. I was the one that found the socket at Pepboys 4 years ago. Back then, there weren't many mods you can do on the maxima.

I started with the front bumper/side bumper alternating blinkers, now I have them both blink at the same time. I think I might try to have them both on with the clearance lights then blink off and on when turning. When I get the chance.... It's not top priority..

i hate alternating blinkers! IMO the best rewire is where the blinker and side marker work as one (both blink). Ive done that b4, but switched them to be parking lights, with the blinker in the clearance light. currently I have the bumper lights unplugged, with just the clearance light wired for both park and blink, much like an I30. of course you have the turn signal wire....so you can get really creative with the rewire.

How do I get both lights to blink as my turn signal at the same time with the lights on and off? I don’t want the side marker light to light up when I turn on my lights. Would I just tap the red wire from the side marker light into the green wire from the turn signal and the black wire from the side marker to the black on the original turn signal?

cut the parking light wire from the side marker, then wire the side marker to the blinker wire on the blinker. this makes the 2 bulbs act as one....just a blinker.
