I like splash guards. I like them so much that I fabbed up some to use with my Stillen body kit. They make the car look lower plus I've always liked the look.

yeah I think they look great with stock height but, once dropped, they stick out way too much. Rear view looks good but other than that, it sucks. I have 4 white mudflaps ,that need repainting, sitting in the garage. If anyone wants to buy them off me, I'd be happy to get rid of them.

I have them.
I think I paid someone here on the org like $35 shipped for them.
I love what they do for the car.
Since I will not be getting a body kit, I think they make the car look really aggressive.
Also, they actually help keep the car cleaner from all the road goo. I didn't believe it at first, but I am testament to that fact. I can go longer without washing, and the car still looks clean.
I would say go for it.
I have also been thinking of painting them like you said. I think it would look cool, just like the 2002-2003 splash guards.

Personal i cant stand them. They look crappy and cheap. Why would you put Mud Flaps on a FWD car that you plan on modding up? If you saw a skyline with mudflaps, u'd be like wtf man?

keeps the dirt/snow/water from hitting the side of your doors and rear bumper. Without all the rocks/dirt from teh road WILL scuff your paint up

I was actually considering ordering a can of my paint from www.paintscratch.com and doing them myself. It would be like $20, I think, to do it.

It really does keep a lot of dirt and grime off the sides of your car.
I rarely have to scrub any tar off of the sides now, because of the splash guards. That makes it worth it right there.

Would anyone like to buy these mudflaps. They are made out of spraypainted cardboard. Cut to perfectly accent the agressive lines of the Maxima. AHH YEAH
