I just switched to synthetic engine oil and I believe it made a difference. Is anyone running synthetic tranny oil. I ran a search and couldn't come up with anything. Otherwise I wouldn't post the question. Assuming it is a worthwhile thing to do, is there any particular brand I should get. Thanks in advance everyone.

Amsoil manual tranny oil has 30x the film strength of dino tranny oil. Easier to shift when cold and smoother when warm.

Redline MT-90

I was kinda skeptical at spending $40+ for trans oil until a month ago. Big improvement! The gears just mesh together almost like you're not changing em.

Big test - downshifting from 2nd to 1st rolling up to stoplights. Usually you gotta match the rev's exactly and still you get that lurch when you release the clutch. With MT-90 that lurch is almost gone. Downshifting from any higher gear can't be felt at all.

IMO - run out and get it.
