What might be the causes?

hey, i just finished installing my stainless brake lines and the brakes work fine, however my "brake" light on my dash stays lit up even when i release the parking brake.....Anyone know the cause to why my "brake" light would stay on?

This might seem retarded but you do you have your brake fluid topped off?? lol other than that im clueless to it.

yep, i've got plenty in there.....i think its gotta be a bit of air or something
the brake pedal is stiff and all....just have the light on

so disconnect the battery and see if it comes back on..........this ever happened to you nismo?

problem solved, i guess......just went out and took the max around the block, and no brake light
