Extreme weight reduction ?'s

I want to do some good weight reduction over the winter prob bring my car into the 2500lb range . Ill be puting my carbon fiber trunk on in the spring and taking off my spoiler.
But i have some question's about other things hopefully someone will answer. I'm going to say this right off the getgo a person has not sat in my front seat for 2 years and no one ever will.
I want to take the passenger airbag out and still have the driver one work is this possible? And also i will be taking some door beams out of my car has anyone ever tried this? If they are spot welded to the door it may be tricky.
Thanks

If you have a racing seat with a 4pt hrness, you won't need any airbags at all...

Have you removed the bumper supports?

From having talked to Krismax, he has not the minded daily driving changes made so far to his car and I don't think he would really be botherd by how a stripped 2500lb car would drive. A lot of us might, but I don't think he would care

My car when i put the trunk on will weigh around 2675 lbs and i love how it sounds and everything about it. Hopefully the headers will make it louder.
One thing is i'll never take the carpet ,headliner or dash out they will stay.
Ill stop weight reducing when i get a track weight of 2450's lbs . I want 2530's for street.

With the trunk on spoiler off and trunk arms off im at
around 2675lbs. With no egr system, no AC and electric PS Im looking at 2635lbs. With carbon hood, aluminum bumpers ,No pass airbag and some secret weight reduction . Im then looking at 2560lbs thats all ill do for 05. In 06 it gets .Percy speedglass rear 1/4 windows and percy speedglass sunroof cover. Thats a 35lb savings so 2525lbs at that point and maybe end of year in 06 ill get teins and 11 inch big brake kit SSB's and go with smaller sentra rotors on the rear.(smaller than stock)

I say that stuff is worth atleast 50lbs so im looking at there 2475lbs but there are other things i will be doing over time. My goal is to get in the low 2400'slbs trap 115-120 mph in the 1/4 NA

You've officially been quoted. Better keep that $100 handy.
