i was chillin all weekend at home with the family. monday comes so i get dressed get my son dressed and i go out to warm up the car lock the doors and go back in to get my son and wife and it is still dark outside its like 6:30am when we come out i see my clear lens missing from my bumper i guess i didnt see it the first time and they just left my wires hanging and my wife looking like i was ready to smash some s@#$%#$# but i just calmed down and said to my self another trip to ebay good thing there cheap but if it happens again maannnnnnnnnnnn something is gonna give

did you have them secured with the washers like some people do? i don't do that cause it's not a problem around here. sorry about the car man. I hate when people have to go and mess with someones pride and joy. it's like someone kicking you in the goods and standing there and laughing at you.

 

what is the deal with the washers, can someone point me in the right direction of how to do this. i have clears also.. another max at my job has clears and his got stolen in the parking lot the other day.

 

if someone can't take your clears because of WASHER, they could end up hurting your car and leave the clears, such as keying your car. One reason not to have them secured. I rather buy another clears for $30 than do a few thoundsand dollar paint job. I've read this actually happened to someone on .org

 

Sure it didn't fall out the night before? sometimes it may fall off if not secured properly

 

Whats the chance of all of them falling out at once. One more thing, i was driving last year and i hit a branch, my clear lences cracked along with my bumper but they didn't fall off. You hear it hitting the bumper when your driving.

 

He said his clear lens were missing. There are 4 pieces to a set, so i wasn't sure if he meant part or everything was gone. I've gone through 3 sets of DC's, and the first two due to the fact that 1-2 pieces fell off while i was on the highway. When the pop out, you may hear it come off and hit against your fender for a couple secs, but you won't be able to hear it when you're going 65+ with your system on.

 

Sorry to hear that guys but damn you have to be a prety dumn A$$ and a lowlife to steal connerlights damn they are cheap ....

 

because of it fell off the bumper while i was driving down the highway, it left dents all over the side of bumper!!

 

yeah that sux. Last spring same thing happened to me but at school. Hate these low lifes but there is nothing u can do about it. The sad part for me is that the put a scratch on the bumper but what sucked for them is that we have cameras and they caught them with in a week so i got them back and they wrote me a check and offered to paint the bumper. but i didnt press charges cause i already felt sorry for them paying 150 some bucks to get my bumper painted.
