I can't seem to find any aftermarket plug wires. Does anyone know of any? Also does anyone make aftermarket ignition coil packs? thanks for your help.

I think for "new" members - every time they try to post, they should have to answer some random question... the answer to that question should be obvious from the stickies, e.g. Does the maxima have spark plug wires or whatever - that way the user HAS to read the stickies and find the answer before being allowed to create a thread...

OR

Pop up a window that confirms - "Have you read the stickies" and they have to answer yes to that each and every time they post until they have at least a certain number of posts - so that they are reminded over and over to read the stickies....

Hmm, why not have a knowledge database of frequently posted subjects that wont let you post certain things? Just an idea.

cuz you'd have to write up some kind of sort program, and i dont think anyone wants to waste time doing that. (i don tknow, i have zero knowledg ein programming) you should just get banned for a small period of time if you ask an idiotic question, after an initial warning of course.

maybe not banned - but you get into a mode where the only thing you can do is read but not post.... sorta like not being logged in.

Hanshin and Mitsubishi

To the newbies out there: you don't need to replace them as a tuneup item with the plugs. Only replace them if they go bad

wow, he really got flammed its his 1st post!

this may be his first car or he just doenst know anything about them yet, and he's is trying to learn but get burned the first time, not eveyone knows everything about cars once they have gotten one.

Welcome to the Org ckymaxx

The max 95+ uses Coil packs there are no plug wires and no distrubutors. Coil pack run around $100 a pack. Hopefully you dont have symptons of a coil pack going bad cause its not cheap.

Read the stickes at the top of the 4th Gen page there is a lot of helpful information up there. Post pics of your max if you have any.
