Which mod is next?

On a 95 Maxima 5 Speed... Stillen Intake and Y, high flow cat, and Greddy Catback. Suspensions mods and Stillen body kit. What would be my next best modification?

MEVI
ECU
REAL Cold Air Intake

Or anything keeping this thing all motor but for performance?

Also, how much does a MEVI actually do? How does it work?
