9007 conversion issue..need assistance

i upgraded to the nokya 9007 harness on one side to compare the difference from 9004. i used nokya 100/120 watt bulb, the low beam seems fine, but the high beam seems really dim, its dimmer than the 9004 bulb low beam. what could be the problem, im 90% sure i wired it correctly, but its dark out so i cant really check it out right now, ill probalby check it out when i get home from work tommorw.

Sounds like a wiring or ground issue.

i think theyre aimed too high, because i went outside just now and i looked in from a higher angle and it wsa blinding me, i guess i gotta point them down, and its probalby the beam pattern from a 9004 bulb im comparing it to.
