Hi I Bought My 99 About A Month Ago, And When You Try To Dim The Dashboard It Works, But Even When It Clicks The Dome Light Will Not Go On, However The Dome Light Works When Door Is Open And With The Switch On It. What Is Wrong?

The dimmer doesn't control the dome light, it's not a Chevrolet (thank god). The dome light has it's own switch you can flick it on/off or to come one with the door where it is currently set, there is nothing wrong with your dimmer.
