Emergency...brake is sticking

Ok, I just disconected my e-brake cause it has been sticking. I know what's wrong, but I am not sure of all of my options. Here is the problem...The seal is ripped on the cam that actuates the piston on the rear caliper and the cam is rusted. I pushed in some grease and it worked for about a week, but it was just a temporary fix. So here are my questions.

1) Is it possible to do a rebuild without rebuilding the whole caliper?
2) How much does a rear caliper cost (left rear incase it makes a difference)?
3) Do they sell a rear caliper at Advance Autoparts or is it a stealership part?

I don't remember any seals near the parking brake mechanism if you mean the boot thats at the end of the parking brake cable itself, then you need to replace the cable. Rear calipers can be had for 80 bucks after core credit from your most auto stores.

the seal is actually on the caliper. If you take the lever arm (the part that the cable connects to) off, you can see the seal. I do appreciate the the help, for 80 bucks I think i'll just replace the whole caliper.

Got ya- I never managed to break that bolt that holds the lever arm off - I tried to take it off and it sheared off - which is why I ended up replacing the caliper...
