If you have one of those mini hacksaws, maybe... after 3 days and carpel tunnel. Do yourself a favor and invest in an oscillating air-saw (preferably) or a dremel. It will save you a lot of time and you will be sure to use it again.

I was thinking of going this route as well.. did you put the bondo on the headlights or the car? Headlights seems to make a lot more sense to me.

That is the best idea I’ve ever heard. I think I will go tear out that crappy weather-stripping now. I was planning on bondoing it up and painting it the color of my car eventually, but, that will never get done b/c I don't want to prep and paint both fenders (pearl is too hard to match).

juss paint it black, itll look better. Make sure you mask it off before you paint it, and dont make it too close to the fender or else itll crack. I kno from experince.

Yeah, I meant painting it black was the best idea ever, much easier and less time consuming. I know what you mean about cracking too. I think to avoid this I’m going to make it either a removable filler piece or attach it to the headlight housing with plastic epoxy, rather than trying to get it to bond to the fender. That way painting and shaping will be easier too (no overspray on car). I also think I will use Glass-bondo rather than regular bondo. It contains "fiberglass hairs" and is less likely to crack. Ill take some pics of the process and before + after.

I have clear (not smoked) cefiros on my white pearl '96. I am having a body shop fill the gaps and respray both fenders, I kinda needed a couple dents fixed anyway. I'll get pics soon. By the way its just the bulb thats amber not the glass, you can easily put a regular 1157 in there.

Original OEM Nissan Cefiros Custom Painted AE Mod.

Sorry, no Digital Cam here but I got some pics.

Full Front Shot (Headlights Dirty):

Individual Shot (Headlight Dirty):

Individual Shots (Headlights Clean):

Yeah, I like the Big Horizontal Grill as well, looks like an S Class, but I think with the hood ornament and the new emblem I put on the grill it resembles a Maybach more because of the Big Vertical bars.

Those pics were originally taken by Max99ES. He owns a set of Factory Nissan Cefiro headlights and Catz H4 Hi/lo HID. The factory Nissan Cefiro headlight beam pattern is well defined and has a distinctive E-code flare and a well-defined cut-off (notice the straight "line" created by the beam pattern on the left wall in the first pic? ) in the beam pattern as shown above.

Can someone who purchased LIUSPEED's aftermarket clear or aftermarket smoke Cefiro headlights take pics of their beam pattern on a smooth, flat wall at least 25 feet away? LIUSPEED always claim they are the same/similar as the clear Factory Nissan Cefiro lights sold by Paradox systems (Paradox sells aftermarket smoke ones and factory Nissan clear ones) . BTW It doesn't matter if you're running halogens or aftermarket H4 HID kits. If the H4 HID kit is high quality it will retain the same beam pattern as the headlights using regular halogen bulbs. However pics of beam patterns made by halogen bulbs is best to illustrate their beam pattern, because then the HID kit cannot be blamed if there are distortions in the beam pattern.

Here are pics of my FACTORY Nissan Cefiro headlights with regular H4 halogen bulbs.

Here's a pic of one side blocked by myself to see the beam pattern one Factory Nissan Cefiro light makes:

Here's a pic of both sides lit:

Pic of light shining down the road:

Compare the HID pics taken by Max99ES and my pics, you'll notice that the beam pattern is retained.

that's awesome work you've been doing there.. you're right you can't really see the color too good, but from what you can see it does look pretty sweet. And I love the projectors in the cefiro's.. nice ride

I don't see any Cefiro pics....just nothing but body work photos. I looked at pgs.7 & 8. Don't trip, I saw it on p. 6. Damn, talking about mega work on a car. Never seen a girl actually working on cars, let alone body work with a sander on her hand. You guys own a custom shop or what?

Does anyone have a pic of the smoked cefiros on a white Infiniti i30? Or does anyone know if the smoked ones will fit as well as the normal ones or will modding be required?
