Yea, that looks like it would work. I think it's a combination of the 2 wiring harnesses.
When I went to Circuit City to get my audio, the guy there handed me the tray kit. You might not need one. But, the stock tray underneath the head unit might hit.

well heres the deal... the HU is online for 310 shipped 2 day air... the harness is like 20, and the atenna adapter is like 20 or so... and i cant find the tray...
SO... CC has the HU for $400 installed, will this cover all that? id really like them to use an adapter because i dont want them to have to splice... which i dont care as long as it works, but i like everything to be clean... so i pay 400 and the put everything in... ?
i would call them, but its too late, and i cant for the next few days because i have to rush from school to work for the next few days...
so im asking here...
but dont worry ill still delete it...

CC will still charge you another $20 for the dash KIT I believe and they'll still need to charge you for the adapter. I have the SCOCHE on my clarion and I had to match up the wires to the HU wires but the one in your link seems to have that solved. I'm a BIG DIYer so I suggest you do it yourself. It'll cost less and you'll know how to do it.
yeah, my neighbor is an import "tuner" and an electrician or something for the military so he will help me... i have the harness, and HU located...
which antenna would be ok, and where do i get the tray kit? i searched google and found a lot of antennas, but cant find the tray kit or whatever...

CC has the kit. Here's what you get when ordering from Crutchfield http://www.crutchfield.com/S-Up32KAE...n/viewcart.asp , the antenna and kit are there to buy separately as well I think.
there was nothing in the cart... i never thought to look at crutchfield...
here are the antenna adapters: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-JUyYkfD...g=119400&avf=Y
and i already bought a triple gauge din panel to put in above or below the HU whichever i decide... im a bit confused on what im gonna need to put that in...
i already have the metal bracket to hold the HU in right? somethings holding up the stock one obviously... am i gonna use this same one to mount the alpine? and will this also hold the din panel?
so i may not need a tray kit?

heres something you might want to have handy. A Power screwdriver that fits the stock headunit screws with a philips end. The screws that hold in the stock headunit atleast on mine and 3 other peoples maximas i installed headunits on were impossible to remove by hand unless of course your superman. Be careful not to strip the screws though
The only aftermarket things I needed for my installation were the wiring harness and the antenna adapter. I've had an Alpine CDA-7894, CDA-7949, and currently a CDA-7998 in my car with no need for a pocket adapter. I used the pocket tray that came with the car with no problems, they all just screw into the same metal part that the OEM radion goes in. My car came without the Bose setup.

for once i agree with dave, car stereo is really easy, match the wires. not by color, but for purpose. ive had to fix friends HU because they thought if they just match all the colors it will work. some will work, but some wont. you can get the antenna adapter at superwalmart, the tray kit is needed unless you want a big hole in the dash to see all the wires. DIY and learn, then help others and make money off them!
