OK when i am driving my car and no matter what gear i am in, around 4000rpm's the transmission like pauses for just a second. why is it doing this. It just does not send power and it does not feel like it is helping out to much. what could be wrong, and how do i fix this ****?

 

Your clutch might be slipping, how many miles are on your clutch?

 

That was going to be my guess too. Are you sure it's the tranny, not just a momentary dip in power? I'm not really familiar with our dyno, but maybe there's a dip at 4k or something.

 

there is about 20,000 o the clutch....but the thing is it that it has been doing it for about a month. and if it was a clutch problem it would gradually get worst all threw out the rev, but it isn't. and i do not think it is a dip in power cause i have not ever felt it before until about a month ago

sorry to hear about this problem. I've had similar and they are nothing but a pain in the ***.
Anyways, just in case you haven't checked your MAF, fuel filter or TB yet, those might be part of the problem.
