Cattman susp. question
Cattman susp. question
Hey everybody.
I'm looking at purchasing the kyb agx struts and shocks and the progress springs package that www.cattman.com has on his website for $550.
Has anybody used this setup and what do you have to say about it.
I know that the h&r's are the best but I live in canada and cannot justify $440 CANADIAN for a set of springs. The kyb's up here retail for $325 each.
yeah it's expensive to live in the great white north.
$550 converted to my "funny money" is $660.
$1740 canadian= 1458 usd. That's crazy talk for a new suspension set up.
So what I'm looking for is your experience with the progress springs.
thanks in advance.

I say the Illumina Package on CustomMaxima.com. I currently run a Progress/AGX setup and it is great handling but at the price of comfort. In the cold the AGX's get really stiff. I'm in Wisconsin and its cold but I'm sure you get much colder weather. Illumina's have 5 steps of adjustability but that doesn't matter much cause 1 and 5 are really never used. If I lived in a climate that never got below 40 degrees it'd be all good. From what I hear the Illumina's don't get stiff in cold weather.
