does this code mean i have a bad fuel injector or it's just dirty and i should use some fuel injector cleaner.... anyone had this code and what did you do to resolve it.. any help is apreciated

0210 - full injector lean left bank.
try to reset your code and check ecu again 2morrow if so u can try seafoam but start lookin for injectors

 

i know what the code means thanx.. i reset it with my friend than half hour the check engine went back on.. yeah i know that i should start looking for new injectors but i was hoping i can clean them first maybe that will do so i'll buy some fuel inj cleaner today and put it in we'll c whats going to happen.. thanx for response i apreciate it..
