how do u convert the yellow to clear on a 95 max?

it cant be done. you can paint it red though. read stickies/ faqs.

It's on page 2 of the 4th Gen Modification FAQ's. Just scroll down to find out how SOME 95-96's got their clear turn signals. It's difficult but not impossible.
