The cruise being bent won't keeping from working and it looks like it can be bent back. $240 isn't all that bad, I remeber the prices when I bought mine. I got kinda lucky with mine but $200 is what most of them were going for.
What is up with the seat motor?

according to stephen max's write up. i will have to by pass the coolant lines that run through the throttle body thing on the bottom. did you notice any driving issues? i remeber you saying you got rid of yours but why? according to everything i read a larger throttle body will give some gain in hp may not be 20whp but maybe 5-8whp is not out of the question.honda civic guys do it all the time. from what i also read the response becomes more sensitive. is this ture?

The Honda boys in FL do this only because they say it is only for cars in real cool tempatures up north. It is only to warm up tB so it wont get stuck or something like that. This is what I have heard and not 100% if this is correct. For all I know, the guy was a ricer.

I had problems in cold weather when I bypassed the coolant lines around the tb......it would never come out of high idle.....appartently the ecu always thought it was cold......even after driving for 2 hrs. Replumbed the coolant lines to the tb, and everything was back to normal.
You might consider, if you haven't already port matching the intake plenium to match the new larger size tb or it won't do much good.
I did this on my S12 turbo when replacing the stock CA18 42mm tb for the much larger 60mm tb from the KA motors. Noticed quite a big difference in performance.

It looks a little bent, but you can fix it and it won't affect anything. I don't know if it gives any gains, I never dynoed before and after and never had any different track gains from it. I got mine from car-part and only paid like $100 plus shipping, that seems a little steep. I did buy mine around 2 years ago though. My coolant lines have been bypassed for several years now and I have never had any idle problems, but I still have an auto ecu, so it acts differently anyway.

Nobody else has had high idle problems issues in cold weather when bypassing the tb? That weird.......whats up with mine? It did fine all summer, but as soon as the highs started being 45 degrees or less is when the idle would never come down from 1200-1300 rpms. I've even tried it 2 different years, and same thing happened.
Maybe something that only affects the '95s?

No....I got the stock tb, and auto tranny. It would idle high all the time when cold outside......if I was at a stop light in "D"....it would be hard to keep it stopped with the brake on, and it would do it while in "P".
Also.....took it on a 500 mile trip last winter, and after driving it for about 4 hrs when stopped for a break it was still idling high.
As soon as I re-plumbed the tb it didn't do it again...and still hasn't.

Looks good despite it being bent. I don't think it's worth what you paid. It would be something to have if you put a turbo or supercharger on the max. Seems to me you could get more air with turbo or supercharger than enlarging the throttle body but it would be good to have with one of these other upgrades.
