pulled the knock sensor code so i will have to change that, no biggie, but i also pulled park/nutruel safety switch..i have a 5 speed, so would i be assuming correct to think clutch switch?? any ideas welcome...thanks

 

If I am not mistaken, there are two switches. One is connected directly to your clutch pedal/linkage. This safety switch prevents the starter from engaging unless you have the clutch in. There is no connection to the ecu from this switch.

There is another switch (PNP) down on the side of the transmission that connects to the ecu.
