door panel replacement question

door panel replacement question
The carpet patch on the bottom of my passenger front door panel was missing when I bought my car. Does someone know what my replacement options are. Can I just replace the carpet patch? cost? Should I just try to replace entire door panel (FYI There are two burn marks on the door as well that would make it somewhat worthwhile to replace entire panel if cost effective)
