Need Help removing headliner 4 Sunroof repair

I need some advice on how to remove the headliner. I'm trying to replace the broken tracks on my sunroof but I'm having a hard time removing the headliner. I removed the rear seats but left in the fronts seats. In the FSM it says to remove the headliner through the front passenger door, but it doesn't seem to fit. Any suggestions would really help.
Thanks,
-Max96LSU

Thanks Luke. I already had this link. I'm just having trouble getting the headliner out of the car. I don't want to force it and end up breaking it in half.

I have removed mine 3 times. The first time I took out the front seat, removed the front console, and removed the rear seat bottom. This gives more room to work with inside the car. The second two times I just removed one front seat and bent it to get it out. I bent it a little too much and the headliner creased down the middle a little but it was fine when I put it back up. Just take it easy and see what is keeping it from coming out. It is a real close fit and from my experience it has to come out the front passenger door. Good luck!

I've just let it rest inside of the car as I removed the sunroof.

ok thanks,
deezo, after you remove the sunroof brackets, does the whole assembly just fall down? Mine seems to be sealed and doesn't want to budge.
