possible great & free method of preventing the maxi from being stolen
im sure some of you guys already know and do this but i was thinkin that if we remove the fuse for the fuel pump before we exit the car, then there would be no way in hell the bastards can start the car unless they figure out that the fuel pump fuse has been removed. therefore they can only tow it to steal it.
do you guys think this will hurt the car on the long run? like for example like if we forgot to plug it back in every now and then. what do u guys think????

Word ... that's like having a convertible and locking the doors. Better leave 'em unlocked so they don't cut the top to get in and steal your stuff
sadly I agree if they want you car they will get it, and if they cant they will take what ever they can.
I guess you'll atleast still have a drivable car but you headunit, rims, kit, clear corners, headlights (poor 2k2+) would be good.
but its still a good idea, if there was a way the fuse would be wired to a switch, then hide that switch, so you just flip the switch instead of reaching under your dash with plyers ever time you get in or out. that would be sick.
